The work
Outpatient OB/GYN care, gynecologic surgery and shared obstetric call, working with OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse-midwives and advanced practice clinicians. A MIGS-trained candidate can focus outpatient work on GYN.
Schedule
.9 FTE. Office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
Call
Shared OB call; it can be reduced if desired by a MIGS-trained candidate.
What the pay includes
Salary range $354,961 to $396,721, prorated by FTE; annual bonus based on organizational goals and quality metrics; relocation allowance up to $13,000; paid annual education leave and allowance.
Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology; MIGS specialization preferred. Must be able to obtain an unrestricted federal DEA and a WA State medical license.
Benefits named
11% of base salary to 401(K) upon eligibility, cash balance plan, shareholder track, health benefits, paid time off, education leave and allowance, leadership development, employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage.
