- 24-hour shifts, approximately 7–8 shifts per month, often in 2–3 day blocks. One APP covers 7 a.m.–11 p.m.
- Patients
- Pediatric critical care patients; average daily census is approximately 4 patients.
- What the pay includes
- 2-year salary guarantee, relocation allowance and CME allowance.
- Requirements
- Board-certified Pediatric Intensivist, ideally 3–5+ years out of training.
