Physician executive leading the women's health service line for Novant Health Women's & Children's Institute in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding region. The role splits 0.4 FTE administrative and 0.6 FTE clinical work, leading 165 providers at 38 clinic locations.

- Novant Health Medical Group in the Charlotte Region, working with 6 hospitals; the institute includes over 454 clinicians and 154 locations across North Carolina.
- The work
- With an administrative dyad partner, lead strategy, clinical operations, safety & quality, patient experience, financial vitality and growth for women's health programs; lead 165 providers at 38 clinics; plus clinical duties.
- Schedule
- 0.4 FTE administrative and 0.6 FTE clinical.
- Patients
- Women's health services including ambulatory ob-gyn, ob-gyn urgency care, maternal-fetal medicine, urogynecology and minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery.
- What the pay includes
- Two-year salary guarantee, relocation allowance and CME allowance.
- Requirements
- Board-certified Obstetrician / Gynecologist and/or women's subspecialty; minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred; executive physician leadership experience required.
