- Setting
- Integrated health system with 47 hospitals and more than 370 health and urgent care centers across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and the Gulf South. One PACS and RIS system; EPIC EMR.
- The work
- Daytime reading of outpatient and inpatient exams from community hospitals, outpatient facilities and urgent care centers. Some resident supervision during weekend and late shifts.
- Schedule
- Part time or full time. Remote opportunities available, but not for those residing and working in CO, CA, HI, IL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT, WA or DC.
- Call
- Weekend coverage approximately 1 in 8 and one late shift (12 noon – 8 pm) per month. After-hours ED coverage is provided by Ochsner Emergency Radiologists.
- Patients
- Outpatient and hospital inpatient examinations, including screening and diagnostic breast imaging.
- What the pay includes
- Salary, relocation assistance, paid CME.
- Requirements
- MQSA qualified to read screening and diagnostic breast imaging (including digital breast tomosynthesis) preferred.
