- The work
- Practice anesthesia in a team model supervising CRNAs, covering surgical, obstetrical and outpatient surgery cases, and work with community and Ochsner surgeons and proceduralists.
- Schedule
- 2 weeks on, 1 week off, alternating between MSC and ORMC; week 2 includes Friday-Sunday at ORMC, week 3 off. Meridian Surgery Center days are 8 or less work hours.
- Call
- Ochsner Rush Medical Center has 24 hour call coverage in a supervision model.
- Patients
- Surgical, orthopedic, pain procedure, GI procedure and obstetrical care including C-sections with an OB/GYN present.
- What the pay includes
- Salary commensurate with experience and training; paid CME and relocation assistance.
- Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
