Schedule
Multiple block days available for open and robotic cases.
Call
1:7 physician call, likely to improve; residents take first call, APP and resident inpatient support, limited travel radius, and all physician call compensated.
Patients
Robust existing surgical urologic oncology volume with an established referral network; open and robotic oncologic cases, MRI-fusion biopsies.
What the pay includes
$600,000 starting compensation plus significant RVU-based production incentives allowing $800k+ in first year; compensated call; relocation expenses.
Requirements
ACGME-accredited Urology Residency and Urologic Oncology Fellowship; two-year SUO fellowship preferred. BE/BC in Urology and eligible for LA Medical license.
