- High volume practice fed by 25+ primary care clinics and five critical access hospitals. Procedures include Impella, pulmonary thrombectomy, orbital and laser atherectomy, pacemakers, AICDs, CRT, CardioMEMs, CCM and Shockwave lithotripsy.

- Salary commensurate with experience and training, up to $100,000 sign on bonus, relocation assistance and paid CME.
