Nurse anesthetist (CRNA) role administering anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures at Tuomey Hospital, Prisma Health, under the medical direction of a staff anesthesiologist. Includes emergent airway management within the facility and possible on-call duties.

- Tuomey Hospital, anesthesia department.
- The work
- Formulates anesthetic plans with the anesthesiologist, administers anesthesia, places IV and arterial lines, performs airway management, induction, blocks and general anesthesia, documents care, and performs point of care testing.
- Schedule
- Variable work shift.
- Call
- May be on-call, either in-house or from home, as required by the facility.
- Patients
- Patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures across preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative phases.
- Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia (or CRNA graduated before December 31, 2003 from an accredited program), SC RN Advance Practice license and CRNA certification. No previous experience required.
