Independent contractor CRNA role with Richland Anesthesiology at Prisma Health in Richland, administering anesthesia under the medical direction of staff anesthesiologists. The role covers preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care and emergent airway response.

- Formulates anesthetic plans with the anesthesiologist, administers anesthesia, places IV and arterial lines, performs blocks and airway management, documents care, charges and controlled substances, and responds to emergent airway needs.

- Variable shifts; independent contractor.
- Call
- May be on-call, either in-house or from home, as required by the facility.
- Patients
- Patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures relevant to the facility, across age groups.
- Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia (or CRNAs who graduated before December 31, 2003 from an accredited program), SC RN Advanced Practice license and CRNA certification. No previous experience required.
