Family Medicine physician joining an established outpatient primary care practice at PMG Orenco in Hillsboro, OR, a west side suburb of Portland. The role includes team support from an embedded APP, on-site behavioral health, and a 2-year guaranteed salary.
- Setting
- Established neighborhood primary care clinic within Providence Medical Group, which has more than 90 clinics and 1,500+ providers across Oregon.
- The work
- Build and manage a primary care panel providing long-term care, with an embedded APP supporting the panel and some In Basket management, plus behavioral health, clinical pharmacist and case management support.
- Schedule
- Full-time, flexible between 0.9 to 1.0 FTE; 4 days per week schedule preferred.
- Patients
- Ethnically and culturally diverse individuals and families, with a mix of child/adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
- What the pay includes
- 2-year guaranteed salary; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available.
- Requirements
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine.
