Fully remote per diem hematology/oncology role providing virtual consultation and call coverage across Providence hospitals and care settings. The role primarily covers weekday night call and 24/7 weekend call, paid $232.94 to $326.89 per hour.
- Setting
- Telehealth service line (Providence Virtual Care and Digital Health Group) supporting multiple hospitals across a system of 51 hospitals and more than 1,000 clinics; integrated virtual care platform and EHR.
- The work
- Virtual consults, review of labs, pathology and imaging, treatment planning with local oncology teams, multidisciplinary collaboration, and support for quality initiatives, program development and provider education.
- Schedule
- Per diem with flexible coverage; fully remote.
- Call
- Primarily weekday overnight call coverage and 24/7 weekend call coverage.
- Patients
- Patients with malignant and benign hematologic conditions and solid tumors.
- What the pay includes
- $232.94 to $326.89 per hour, covering availability + activation. Licensing and credentialing support provided.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; board certified in both Hematology and Medical Oncology; active Washington State license or IMLC eligibility. Three or more years of experience and prior telehealth experience preferred.
