- The work
- Reconstructive, breast, general plastic, cosmetic and post-bariatric surgery, including combined cases with other specialties. Opportunities to teach medical students, surgical residents and other trainees.
- Schedule
- Balanced mixture of inpatient and outpatient care.
- Call
- Call approximately 10 days per month.
- Patients
- Complex soft-tissue and oncologic reconstruction, implant-based and autologous breast reconstruction, extremity reconstruction and limb salvage; free-tissue transfer for surgeons with microsurgical expertise.
- What the pay includes
- Compensation floor of $650,000 for the first two years plus potential to exceed from personally performed wRVUs. $100,000 retention incentive if you remain 1.0 FTE for 3 years. CME allowance and relocation allowance.
- Requirements
- BE/BC in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Microsurgical training and experience welcomed but not required. Visas accepted: N/A.
