- Inpatient consulting service for complex heart failure and pulmonary hypertension; work within CardioMEMS, Barostim, CCM, cardio-oncology and cardiomyopathy programs. Leadership opportunity to grow one or more areas.
- Call
- Call is split evenly among the general cardiologists; the HF specialist may start taking calls for cardiogenic shock.
- Patients
- Complex heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, hereditary cardiomyopathy, sarcoidosis, amyloidosis, HCM and cardiogenic shock patients; LVAD shared-care. Catchment area of over 1 million.
