- Build a broad, full-scope General ENT practice with focus on sinus and sleep surgery across clinic, OR and inpatient care. Dedicated OR block time; opportunity to lead your own clinical team and teach medical students and residents.
- Call
- Shared General ED/Hospital call of 1:8. Head & Neck and Neurotology provide subspecialty coverage; facial trauma coverage not required.
- Patients
- Broad regional population with a large, stable referral base; particular need in sinus and sleep surgery.
- What the pay includes
- Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years plus potential to exceed it from personally performed wRVUs. $150,000 retention incentive if you remain 1.0 FTE for 3 years. CME allowance and relocation allowance.

- BC/BE in Otolaryngology. H1B or J1 visas accepted.
