- Full-scope inpatient ENT hospitalist work with 1 OR day per week; involvement in medical education and research is encouraged.
- Schedule
- 7 day on/7 day off rotation, 182 annual 24-hour shifts: 10 hours onsite and 14 hours of call from home. Inpatient APP coverage 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Call
- 14 hours of call from home per shift; call coverage is 1:4 with PA support.
- Patients
- Comprehensive array of full-scope ENT cases, with referrals from across the Marshfield Clinic region of Sanford Health.
- What the pay includes
- Annual compensation greater than $700,000 for completing required shifts at 1.0 FTE, plus a $150,000 retention incentive if you remain 1.0 FTE for 4 years. CME allowance and relocation allowance.
- Requirements
- H1B or J1 visas accepted. Advanced training or experience in Laryngology or Otology a plus.
