Setting: Multi-specialty medical group of over 2,100 clinicians in 40+ specialties across the San Francisco Bay Area, affiliated with Palo Alto Medical Foundation.
The work: Team-based patient care with NPs and PAs, with virtual in-basket support. Remote video visits from home available; leadership, committee and quality improvement work available.
Schedule: Full time is 4 days a week; part-time available. Flexible patient visit duration.
Call: Light call, all virtual, with calls screened first by an RN, NP and PAs.
What the pay includes: Starting salary $280,000-$335,000 based on experience, guaranteed for two years with incentive production bonus. $200,000 forgivable loan, sign-on bonus, residency stipend ($1,000/month for 12 months before start), relocation allowance.
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
