- Hospital-based OBGYN Hospitalist Program at Sutter Sacramento with a high-acuity L&D unit; Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gyn Onc specialists available. Part of a multi-specialty group of over 1,600 clinicians.
- The work
- Manage births with Certified Nurse Midwives, evaluate non-labor patients in OBED triage, admit and manage unassigned patients, perform GYN procedures and surgeries, and co-manage high-risk antepartum patients with MFM.
- Schedule
- Full-time and part-time available. Guaranteed 12-hour day and night shifts; full-time is 13 shifts per 28 days, with more than one OBGYN hospitalist on every shift.
- Patients
- Laboring and non-labor obstetric patients, unassigned patients, high-risk antepartum patients and inpatient GYN surgical patients on a high-acuity L&D unit.
- Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN.
