Setting: Sutter North Medical Group, a physician-led multispecialty group with more than 100 providers serving the Yuba-Sutter region, part of Sutter Health.
The work: Full-spectrum generalist OB/GYN practice in clinic and OR, with dedicated surgical time, blocked OR time and access to the Da Vinci robotic platform.
Schedule: 4.5-day work week with an option for 4x10s.
Patients: Average 20-30 patients per day, approximately 60/40 obstetrics and gynecology, with referrals from primary care and specialty partners.
What the pay includes: Income guarantee for up to two years, up to 20% productivity bonus during the guarantee period, $20,000 signing bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and a residency stipend for eligible candidates.
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
Benefits named: Group-paid benefits package including dependent coverage; shareholder track eligibility after 12 months.
