- Manage births with Certified Nurse Midwives; cover all GYN ED phone calls, consults, admissions and emergent GYN surgeries; perform GYN procedures and surgeries as needed.
- Schedule
- 24-hour shifts; 6.5 twenty-four hour shifts = 1.0 FTE. One OBGYN hospitalist on duty every shift.
- Patients
- Obstetric and gynecologic inpatients, labor and delivery, and GYN ED consults and admissions; pre-term and designated high-risk maternal cases may be transferred to Sutter Sacramento.
- What the pay includes
- 1.0 FTE = $429,000, plus productivity bonus, $20,000 sign on bonus, relocation up to $20,000, residency stipend up to $3,000 per month, forgivable loan up to $200,000, and annual CME allowance.
