What the pay includes: $20,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and a CME allowance.
Requirements: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Experience in primary care and chronic disease management preferred.
