What the pay includes: Base compensation for 1.0 FTE, plus incentives, signing bonus, relocation allowance, residency stipend for residents who commit to hire, and a Primary Care Forgivable Loan Program up to $200,000. Shareholder eligibility after 2 years.
Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, active and unrestricted California Medical License, and current DEA license prior to employment.
