Patients: Initially approximately 20–30% IBD and 70–80% general gastroenterology patients, drawn from a multispecialty referral network.
What the pay includes: Guaranteed salary plus excess shift compensation, $6,000 annual CME allowance, relocation assistance, and 8% employer-funded profit-sharing contribution up to IRS maximums.
Requirements: MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in gastroenterology, eligible for a California license, interest and experience in IBD. iUSCAN intestinal ultrasound training preferred.
