- Open cerebrovascular surgery including aneurysm clipping, open and/or endoscopic skull base surgery, and managing complex cranial and skull base pathology with stroke, neurocritical care, neurointerventional, ENT and trauma teams.
- Call
- Unified neurosurgery call panel; the on-call neurosurgeon is primary for neurosurgical emergencies, with escalation pathways for rare cases. Optional cranial and trauma call at Sutter Roseville Medical Center may be available.
- Patients
- Low-frequency, high-acuity cranial cases, including aneurysms, skull base pathology and comprehensive stroke care.
- What the pay includes
- Guaranteed base salary $974,000, 2-year income guarantee with shareholder track, value based compensation, signing bonus up to $20,000, relocation up to $20,000, and annual CME allowance.
- Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery; fellowship training or equivalent experience in open cerebrovascular and/or skull base surgery; experience with low-frequency, high-acuity cranial cases.
