About this job

Setting: Tertiary care children's center at Sutter Medical Center Sacramento with a NICU, a 20-bed PICU/Peds CV ICU, pediatric floors and a dedicated pediatric emergency department. Uses EPIC.
The work: Provide operating room anesthesia as well as out of the OR anesthesia and sedation, working with pediatric surgical subspecialists including cardiothoracic surgery.
Schedule: Open to 0.50 - 1.00 FTE.
Patients: Pediatric patients across full spectrum pediatric surgical and medical specialties, including a cardiovascular surgery program.
What the pay includes: Compensation with bonus potential, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and a CME allowance.
Requirements: BE/BC. Must have experience with blocks; cardiac experience highly preferred.
