Setting: Outpatient care center (East Santa Clara Care Center) within a physician-led medical group, on a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and psychotherapists.
The work: Direct patient care, psychiatric evaluations and diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, psychopharmacologic management and supportive brief therapy, collaborating with Women's Health physicians and clinical partners.
Schedule: Full-time, a minimum average of 35 patient-contact hours per week; schedule flexibility and sabbaticals offered.
Patients: Patients receiving care within Women's Health Services who have behavioral health needs.
What the pay includes: Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus; shareholder eligible after two years with production-based income; relocation allowance.
Requirements: BC/BE in psychiatry, psychiatry residency, CA medical license; residency focus in Women's Health preferred.
