- The work
- Admit and see new patients only, managing medically complex transplant, hepatology, GI, cardiology, nephrology and general medicine patients with consult services. No ICU rounding.
- Schedule
- 1.0 FTE is 7 on/7 off Mon-Sun or 5 on/5 off Mon-Fri. Swing shifts are Mon-Fri 12pm-10pm or Mon-Sun 4pm-11pm.
- Patients
- Transplant, hepatology, gastroenterology, cardiology (including advanced heart failure), nephrology, perioperative and general internal medicine patients; medically complex.
- What the pay includes
- $6,000 annual CME allowance, relocation assistance, and 8% employer-funded profit-sharing retirement contribution up to IRS maximums.
- Requirements
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine and an active, unrestricted CA medical license. Tertiary care experience highly preferred.
