Setting
Outpatient urology clinic with its own RN, 3 procedure rooms with cystoscopes, 12 exam rooms, on-site lab and ultrasound with biopsy probe. Surgery is at MercyOne Waterloo campus, 5 minutes from the office.

Clinic visits, outpatient procedures and surgery at MercyOne Waterloo campus.
Schedule
Full time: 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day OR per week. Up to 31 days off/year while on guarantee.
What the pay includes
$600K guarantee for 2 years + production incentive; income potential $650K+ on production. $50K starting bonus, $15,000 relocation, longevity bonus of $30K in year 2 and $30K in year 3.
