- Setting
- Clinic on the main campus of MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital and Level III Trauma Center, with a Level II NICU, Da Vinci XI and perinatology consultation.
- The work
- Outpatient and obstetric care with designated Da Vinci XI OR block time, and teaching Family Medicine and Medical Residents. Team of 1 full-time OBGYN, OB hospitalists (1 FT, 1 PT, 3 PRN) and 4 ARNPs.
- Schedule
- Part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling; no nights, no weekends, no holidays.

- Patients
- Obstetric and gynecologic patients; 500-600 births/year.
- What the pay includes
- $400,000 base salary + productivity incentives and up to a $250,000 bonus package (pro-rated for part-time); annual CME $6,000; professional liability and tail coverage. PSLF eligible.
- Requirements
- BC/BE; must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible. Iowa license or eligible, Iowa Controlled Substance and DEA certificates. H1B & J1 Visa Waiver candidates encouraged. Drug screen and background check required.
- Benefits named
- 34 days PTO on base or 40 on production (pro-rated); health, dental, vision, life; short and long term disability; 403(b) with employer contribution and match; optional 457(b); benefits start day 1.
