- What the pay includes
- Two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, with production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs; straight production from year 3; $100,000 recruitment incentive; relocation up to $15,000; $6,000 annual CME allowance.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; ABOS board certified or board eligible; able to obtain Iowa and Illinois licenses. Adult reconstruction fellowship preferred; graduating fellows and experienced surgeons considered.
