Setting
Community hospital campus with a new on-campus endoscopy suite supporting EUS, ERCP with stenting, GERD clinic testing, Olympus towers with CO2 and an Argon Plasma System. All services on one campus.
The work
General gastroenterology in ambulatory and inpatient settings, with dedicated procedure days for outpatient screening and diagnostic procedures. Consult-only inpatient role; consult service is managed by an employed hospitalist group.
Schedule
Full time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Call
Equitable call coverage shared within the practice, including practice and ED call.
Patients
Outpatient screening and diagnostic procedures plus inpatient consults, with an established patient backlog. Procedures available include EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, pH impedance, anal-rectal manometry, SmartPill and Bravo.
What the pay includes
CME allowance.
Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited program, completion of a certified residency program, Board Certified or Board Eligible, and licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
