- Emergent general surgery/acute care surgical call coverage is part of the schedule rotation.
- Patients
- High amount of acute-care, broad-based emergency surgery (non Level 1 trauma) and surgical ICU patients.
- What the pay includes
- Signing bonuses and relocation assistance; non-profit employer qualifies for public service loan forgiveness.
- Requirements
- Completion of an ACGME approved general surgery residency, board certification or eligibility through the American Board of Surgery, Surgical Critical Care fellowship, and board certification or eligibility in Surgical Critical Care.
