- What the pay includes
- Base salary plus incentives: commencement bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, loan repayment and fellowship stipend if applicable. CME $4,250 annual allowance plus 5 additional days off.
- Requirements
- MD or DO with Indiana medical license obtained before hire date. Advanced Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross) preferred.
