Outpatient general or subspecialty neurology with Colorado Permanente Medical Group, based primarily in Lone Tree, CO, with work at other locations as needed. EMG/NCS and botulinum toxin experience are strongly preferred, and subspecialists can build a focused practice.

- Salary $309,998–$364,692 based on years of experience and FTE, plus a $50,000 signing bonus pro-rated to FTE. CME funds included.
- Requirements
- MD or DO with an ACGME-accredited neurology residency; board certified or board eligible in neurology; eligible for Colorado licensure before start. COVID-19 vaccination or qualifying exemption required.
