- The work
- Semi-subspecialized outpatient and urgent care imaging reads; modality/subspecialty weekday shifts and general evening/weekend shifts. Diagnostic MSK ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures preferred.
- Schedule
- Full- or part-time. Full-time averages 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift per month, with compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts. Work from home option for non-patient facing work.
- Call
- No hospital exams; teleradiology covers overnights.
- Patients
- Kaiser Permanente members; outpatient and urgent care imaging. Group averages 70 wRVUs per shift.
- What the pay includes
- Fixed compensation to start, transitioning to pay-for-performance within 1-2 years; shareholder track. Board certification and CME reimbursement.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology (ABR) and MSK fellowship; licensed or able to obtain Georgia license. Drug testing and background check.
