- Semi-subspecialized radiology reading; weekday shifts are modality/subspecialty oriented, evening and weekend shifts are general. Ideal candidate does multimodality breast imaging and procedures; leadership roles available.
- Schedule
- Full- or part-time, on-site. Full-time radiologists average 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month, with compensatory weekdays off for weekend shifts. Option to work from home for non-patient facing work.
- Call
- Teleradiology covers overnights.
- Patients
- Kaiser Permanente members; outpatient and urgent care imaging only. Group averages 70 wRVUs per shift.
- What the pay includes
- Fixed compensation to start, transitioning to a pay-for-performance model within 1-2 years. Shareholder track for all radiologists; reimbursement for board certification and CME.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology (ABR) and MSK fellowship; licensed or able to obtain a Georgia license. Breast imaging fellowship or commensurate experience preferred. Pre-employment drug testing and background check.
