The work: Surgical pathology, frozen sections, rapid on-site cytology evaluation, call coverage, multidisciplinary tumor boards, and shared laboratory leadership and administrative duties, including CLIA directorship opportunities.
Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE.
Call: Call coverage is part of the role; burden not stated.
Patients: Large and diverse patient population in a busy, fast-paced practice.
What the pay includes: Annual salary $362,900 - $442,500, not fee-for-service. Total Rewards value range $449,400 - $585,900. Relocation allowance up to $15,000. Shareholder pathway.
Requirements: AP/CP board-certified or board-eligible, with strong general surgical pathology skills. Cytology experience welcomed but not required. Must cover two hospitals and a regional laboratory.
