Setting: Kaiser Permanente Southern California (SCPMG): Kaiser South Bay and Kaiser Los Angeles Medical Center tele-ICU.
The work: Outpatient pulmonary clinic, inpatient consult service and ICU coverage at South Bay, plus overnight telecritical care for Los Angeles.
Schedule: 50% South Bay dayshift 830-5; 50% overnight telecritical care, (7) 12-hour shifts per pay period.
Patients: Pulmonary and critical care outpatients, inpatient consults and ICU patients, including remote overnight ICU coverage.
What the pay includes: Longevity-based compensation; relocation package; partnership eligibility after three consecutive years full-time (six part-time) with increased compensation, retirement and life insurance.
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible. External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
Benefits named: Medical/dental/vision, supplemental medical and special dependent coverage; vacation/holiday/sick/education time and leave (prorated); retirement and savings plans; professional liability coverage; PSLF eligible.
