Full-time outpatient Pediatrician at Novant Health Pediatrics – Symphony Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role offers a 4-day work week and large-group call of approximately two weeks per year.
- Setting
- Outpatient-only practice with six physicians, all-RN clinical staff and an on-site lactation consultant, part of Novant Health Medical Group. EMR is Epic.
- The work
- Outpatient pediatric care. Saturday coverage rotates every six weeks, with the assigned provider handling urgent or emergent in-basket messages for the weekend.
- Schedule
- 4-day work week. Practice hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.; Saturday coverage rotates every six weeks.
- Call
- Large-group call schedule, resulting in call coverage approximately two weeks per year.
- What the pay includes
- 2-year salary guarantee, relocation allowance and CME allowance.
