Interventional Pulmonologist joining an established Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine practice at Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. The role centers on building interventional pulmonary services and helping shape a pulmonary nodule and lung cancer diagnostic program.
- Setting
- Hospital-based practice on the Providence St. Patrick Hospital campus in Missoula, serving western Montana, with pulmonologists, APCs, oncology, thoracic surgery, critical care, radiology and pathology.
- The work
- Outpatient pulmonary care, advanced bronchoscopy (EBUS, robotic, navigational, transbronchial biopsies), pleural procedures, inpatient consults, thoracic malignancy staging, and program development.
- Schedule
- Dedicated procedure time and clinic time.
- Patients
- Patients across western Montana with pulmonary nodules, lung cancer, thoracic malignancies, pleural disease and chronic lung disease; inpatient consultations.
- What the pay includes
- CME allowance and relocation assistance.
- Requirements
- MD or DO; board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine (or equivalent); Interventional Pulmonology fellowship; eligible for Montana licensure.
