Level I Verified Adult & Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 46,000+ encounters per year; 545-bed hospital and 146-bed Children's Hospital with 80+ sub-specialists, a 58-bed NICU and 12-bed PICU.
The work
Clinical pediatric emergency practice with opportunity to participate in academic medicine, including work with EM and pediatric residents.
Schedule
15 shifts per month; current shift hours 0800-1700 & 1600-0000.
Patients
Pediatric emergency patients; 6,000 pediatric ED visits per year. New pediatric ED has 10 dedicated rooms including a trauma bay.
What the pay includes
Daily salary with a night differential, CME allowance and relocation allowance.
Requirements
BE/BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine trained, with board certification in general pediatrics or adult emergency medicine. Visas accepted: N/A.
