About this job
- Setting
- Tertiary Care Hospital/Teaching Hospital with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, a dedicated bronchoscopy suite, cancer center, on-site interventional radiology and thoracic surgeon.
- The work
- Outpatient clinic and inpatient consults, lung nodule clinic, inpatient critical care. Procedures include navigational bronchoscopy, EBUS, central lines, ECMO and chest tubes. Involvement in education and research encouraged.
- Schedule
- 50:50 split: 2 weeks of pulmonary each month, M-F with no weekends or after hours, and approx. 7 inpatient Critical Care shifts each month.
- Patients
- Pulmonary outpatients and inpatient consults, lung nodule patients, and critical care patients including those on NIPPV, mechanical ventilation and ECMO.
- What the pay includes
- Compensation plan plus CME allowance and relocation allowance. Non-profit 501(c)(3) employer that may qualify for state and/or federal education loan forgiveness programs.
- Requirements
- BC/BE in Pulmonary/Critical Care. H1B or J1 visas accepted.
