Pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist with Sutter Medical Group at Sutter Medical Center Sacramento's tertiary care children's center, covering OR and out-of-OR anesthesia/sedation. Coverage mixes cardiac and general pediatric anesthesia, open to 0.50 - 1.00 FTE.
- Setting
- Tertiary care children's center at Sutter Medical Center Sacramento with a NICU, 20-bed PICU/Peds CV ICU, general pediatrics floors and a dedicated pediatric emergency department. EMR is EPIC.
- The work
- Provide operating room anesthesia and out of the OR anesthesia/sedation, covering both cardiac and general pediatric anesthesia, working with pediatric surgical and medical subspecialists.
- Schedule
- Open to 0.50 - 1.00 FTE.
- Patients
- Pediatric patients, including cardiovascular surgery cases and general pediatric surgical cases across subspecialties such as cardiothoracic, ENT, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology and gastroenterology.
- What the pay includes
- Compensation with bonus potential, sign on bonus, relocation assistance and CME allowance.
