- Lead General OB/GYN staffing, access, quality and KPIs in a dyad with an administrative manager; lead recruitment, onboarding and annual evaluations of clinic physicians and APPs; maintain an active clinical practice.
- Schedule
- 0.8 clinical FTE; 0.2 administrative FTE.
- What the pay includes
- Guaranteed salary plus production based bonus; $6,000 annual CME allowance; relocation assistance.
- Requirements
- MD or DO, board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology; minimum 5 years clinical experience and 3 years in a leadership role; physician recruitment and onboarding experience strongly preferred.
