- Kaiser Foundation Hospitals medical centers in Vallejo and Vacaville; group of 20 diagnostic and 4 interventional radiologists. Philips IR labs in both hospitals, with an IR physician assistant.
- The work
- Broad IR including Y-90, microwave and cryoablation, embolization including prostate artery, peripheral arterial and venous, spine and dialysis access work; general diagnostic radiology rotations; hepatobiliary tumor board.
- Schedule
- 4-day, 40-hour workweek with a combination of remote diagnostic and on-site IR shifts. Internal remote diagnostic moonlighting available.
- Call
- Equally shared interventional radiology call.
- Patients
- Inpatient and outpatient IR services, including interventional oncology, peripheral interventions, spine and dialysis access including peritoneal dialysis.
- What the pay includes
- No RVUs. Forgivable loan up to $250,000, interest free home loan up to $250,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000, each with approval required; professional development funds.
- Requirements
- Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology; board eligible or board certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
